SUPPRESSOR SAFETY WARNINGS & USER INSTRUCTIONS

⚠️ IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION — READ BEFORE USE

Failure to follow these instructions and warnings may result in equipment failure, serious injury, or death.

  • Suppressors are controlled devices. The user is responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
  • Suppressors are high-pressure, high-temperature devices. They become extremely hot during and after firing. Contact with bare skin may cause severe burns. Allow adequate cooling before handling.
  • Never fire a suppressor that is loose, improperly mounted, damaged, or misaligned.
  • Use only ammunition of the correct caliber and specification approved for the suppressor.
  • Always wear eye protection. Hearing protection is strongly recommended, even when using a suppressor.
  • Suppressor use increases back pressure and may alter firearm function, cycling, recoil impulse, and gas blowback.
  • Any modification, misuse, or unauthorized disassembly may result in device failure and unsafe operating conditions.

GENERAL FIREARM SAFETY

  • Treat every firearm as if it is loaded.
  • Keep the muzzle pointed in a safe direction at all times.
  • Keep your finger off the trigger until sights are on target and you are ready to fire.
  • Be certain of your target and what is beyond it.
  • Ensure the firearm is unloaded before installing or removing a suppressor.
  • Do not consume alcohol or impairing substances before or during firearm use.
  • Follow all range rules and accepted firearm safety practices.

INTENDED USE

Magco Arms suppressors are precision, pressure-bearing devices intended for use only on compatible firearms and mounting systems.

Each suppressor model has specific operating limits and firing schedules listed on its individual product page. Exceeding these limits may result in suppressor damage, firearm malfunction, or personal injury.

MOUNTING & COMPATIBILITY

  • Ensure the firearm is unloaded before installation or removal.
  • Magco Arms suppressors utilize a hub mount interface and must be installed on compatible muzzle devices.
  • Threads, shoulders, and mounting surfaces must be clean, undamaged, and properly aligned.
  • Confirm the suppressor is fully seated and secure prior to firing.
  • If resistance, misalignment, or uncertainty is observed during installation, do not fire.
  • Compatibility with third-party hub mounts, firearms, and accessories must be verified by the user.

BEFORE EACH USE

Before firing a suppressed firearm, confirm the following:

  • Firearm is unloaded during inspection.
  • Suppressor is correctly mounted, fully seated, and secure.
  • Mounting system, muzzle device, and threads are clean and undamaged.
  • Suppressor bore alignment is visually confirmed.
  • Ammunition is the correct caliber and within approved specifications.
  • Firearm and suppressor are within their rated firing schedule and operating limits.
  • Eye protection is worn; hearing protection is available and recommended.

If any of these conditions cannot be confirmed, do not fire.

OPERATIONAL WARNINGS

  • Verify suppressor attachment security before and during use.
  • Avoid sustained or rapid firing beyond the listed firing schedule.
  • Stop firing immediately if abnormal sound, recoil, vibration, or point-of-impact shift is observed.
  • Do not allow the suppressor to contact barricades or hard objects while firing.
  • Suppressor use alters firearm behavior and increases system stress. Monitor firearm function and attachment security throughout operation.

POST-FIRING & HANDLING

  • Suppressors retain heat for extended periods after firing.
  • Use caution when handling after use.
  • Allow the suppressor to cool fully before removal, transport, or storage.

MAINTENANCE & CARE

  • Perform maintenance only as recommended by Magco Arms.
  • Inspect regularly for carbon buildup, erosion, cracks, or thread wear.
  • Do not use abrasive tools, corrosive chemicals, or improper cleaning methods.
  • Store in a clean, dry, secure location away from unauthorized users.

FINAL SAFETY NOTICE

Suppressors demand careful handling and strict adherence to safety standards.
If proper installation, alignment, or safe operation cannot be confirmed at any time — do not fire.
