NFA Item Purchase Disclosure

All NFA items are subject to federal regulations and must be transferred to a properly licensed Federal Firearms Licensee with a Special Occupational Tax (FFL/SOT). Upon purchase, the NFA item will be transferred via ATF Form 3 to the purchaser’s designated FFL/SOT. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete FFL/SOT information at checkout. Orders cannot be processed until valid FFL/SOT details are received and verified.
